SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders placed on Brag Candy! It doesn’t matter where you are, you qualify for free delivery.

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our products, please allow an estimated 12-20 day for your order to arrive in the USA (varies from product to product). In rare cases or due to extremely high demand, or public holidays etc.. please allow for 2-4 weeks delivery. In saying that most of the time you will receive your items much earlier 🙂

Once you have successfully placed an order on Brag Candy, we will process your order and issue you with a tracking number, which you will use to track your order from start to finish.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will be sent an email confirmation with your order/transaction details. There will be a link on the email which will allow you to print an invoice.

You will also be able to go to your Order History page, and print your invoices as and when you require.

Brag Candy is a global platform, connecting customers with stores from across the world. Your order could ship from a variety of locations depending on the store’s location.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We currently accept Credit Card payments through Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cirrus, and Maestro).

We do not accept cash, bank transfer, or payment on delivery.

The prices displayed on Brag Candy will be in your local currency. The currency may change according to where you are located at the time of purchase.

If your credit card is used for a payment in foreign currency, your bank should allow you to pay, although they may charge a fee for this service. Please check with your bank to see if you can make international payments.

Brag Candy does not collect any payments for taxes or VAT in your country. We do not collect any additional costs and therefore cannot pass these back to you.

We recommend that you contact both customs & the post office in your country to determine any additional charges you may incur.

Brag Candy does NOT store any credit card details. When you finalise your purchase, by making an online payment, you will be automatically re-directed to PayPal, where you will complete your transaction.
